- Hello and welcome! My name is Mr Fallen or just Fall, if you prefer!First of all, I would like to thank you so much for your interest in commissioning me. I truly appreciate it! Before moving forward, please take a moment to read the important information below. It covers everything you need to know before finalizing your decision.
➥ By commissioning Mr. Fallen, you agree to the terms below so please read them carefully.

➤ Soft gore or themes that contain blood.
➤ Humans.
➤ RPG characters (Ask first).
➤ Fetishes (Ask first).
➤ Custom characters.
I Won't
➤ Feral NSFW.
➤ Stolen characters.
➤ Offensive content.
➤ Extreme gore.
➤ Adult-baby themes (Any kind).
➤ Scat, hyper, watersports, vore, inflation and any fetish that makes me uncomfortable.
➤ I reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refund a commission if necessary, especially in cases of rude behavior, unclear communication, or chargeback risks.➤ If a refund is needed, it will depend on how much work has already been done.➤ I retain full rights to the artwork, including sharing it on my portfolio, social media, or turning it into merch (unless we’ve agreed otherwise).➤ Rejected sketches may be reused in future pieces or YCH projects.➤ You’re welcome to use your commission for personal, non-commercial purposes (wallpapers, icons, etc.), as long as my signature stays and the artwork isn’t edited.➤ Feel free to post the artwork online with proper credit.➤ Changes are totally fine during the sketch phase. After that, extra edits might come with a small fee.➤ Prices may vary depending on the complexity or style of what you're asking for.➤ Please provide clear visual references of the solicited character(s) and detailed descriptions to help me understand your idea.➤ Payment is upfront and handled through PayPal. I’ll send an invoice, and I’ll only begin after payment is confirmed.➤ Full refunds are only available before I begin the sketch. After that, refunds aren’t possible, unless I can't finish your commission.➤ Fixes are welcome up to the flat color stage. Major changes later on may be charged.➤ Big concept changes mid-process may result in additional costs.➤ Deliver time depends on my queue (Avaible on my Trello, please feel free to ask me the link) and workload, any delays will be communicated via PM or my Art Channel, both on telegram.➤ If you have a deadline for the art, please let me know before payment.➤ You're welcome to ask for updates about your commission or WIPs when needed, but please be mindful not to request them excessively.➤ I don't work or send updates during weekends.➤ I only work in my own style and won’t replicate other artists' work.➤ Some themess might be declined based on comfort or personal limits, feel free to ask.➤ I accept both SFW and NSFW commissions.➤ My artwork may not be used for AI training, datasets, or generation. Any misuse can result in legal action.
